Lavana Zen salt caveBreathe. Rest. Restore.
A salt cave and wellness space where clean salt-rich air, warm light and silence help body and mind find their balance. For adults and children alike.

Halotherapy
Forty-five minutes in the cave – like a day by the sea
Salt therapy (halotherapy) uses air saturated with salt microparticles. The walls of our cave are lined with natural salt and a halogenerator enriches the air, so salt reaches your airways with every breath.
During a 45-minute session there is nothing you need to do. Settle in, close your eyes and breathe.
- Dry salt aerosol from a halogenerator
- Constant temperature and low humidity
- Soft glow of salt lamps and calm music
Benefits
Who the salt cave helps
Airways
Salt aerosol helps loosen mucus and ease discomfort from asthma, bronchitis, colds and allergies.
Skin
Salt has a naturally cleansing and soothing effect, valued by people with eczema, psoriasis or acne.
Immunity
Regular sessions support your natural defences, especially during flu season.
Stress & sleep
Silence, warm light and calm breathing lower tension and help you fall asleep more easily.
Children
The playful children's salt room, where kids breathe salty air without even noticing.

FAQ
What people ask most often
How long does a session last?
A standard session lasts 45 minutes. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you can settle in calmly.
What should I bring?
Nothing special. Shoes are left outside the cave and blankets are provided. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
Can children come too?
Yes. We have a separate children's salt room with toys. Younger children come accompanied by an adult.
How often should I come?
For one-off relaxation a single visit is enough. For respiratory or skin complaints, a course of 10 sessions, 2–3 times a week, has proven effective.
When is the salt cave not suitable?
In case of acute infections with fever, active tuberculosis, severe hypertension, heart failure or cancer, please consult your doctor first.
Do I need to book in advance?
We recommend it – the cave's capacity is limited and booking guarantees a time that suits you.
